FOR EXHIBITORS

 

The small exhibition space includes 1 standing table as well as access to a power cable and 1 login to the wireless network.

 

The large exhibitor space includes 1 table 140 x 70, 1 chair, 1 white tablecloth and access to power cable and 1 login to the wireless network.

 

You will have the opportunity to set up your stand on Sunday 10 October between 1-5 pm. and on Monday morning between 7.30-8.30 am.

At 8.30 the exhibition must be in place. Registration begins at 8.00 and the participants will then pass the exhibition area on their way to the conference hall.

 

On Monday, October 11, there will be an exhibitor show between 4-5 pm. Prepare a short speech to introduce your company. Those who have a large exhibition space can speak for three minutes and those who have a small space can speak for two minutes.
